| Hello,
I wanted to share what your site has started with 6 boys. My Cub Scout
den started a pay it forward project where the boys are to do a good
deed a day and write this down in there notebooks. I figured the deeds
would be small little things, but the boys took it on themselves to
jump right in! I have one who now visits a disabled home 3 times a
week, another who has choosen to give on week's allowance a month
to a local children's help group, and all the boys have chosen to
give up their monthly fun outing to voulenteer at local retirement
community.
This touches me deeply as these boys come from a low income area and their den has had so many problems in the past with many adults letting them down in too many ways, but yet they overcome this and reach out even harder! Now they are tring to earn funds for their summer camp, I hope despartly that some of these pay it forwards pay it back to them and I'm sure it will because I have never met a more deserving group!
