WTVG -- Margie Weber says it all started when she saw little Brexton's face during our first I-Team report. She's organizing a motor cycle ride from Napoleon to Stryker. The registration money goes to the family. There are donated auction items and t-shirts too.
Local volunteers are raising money this weekend for a Henry County two-year-old preparing for life-threatening surgery.
You may remember Brexton Daley. Several weeks ago we told you about his fight with pediatric mastocytosis. The family says medical costs have put them in a great deal of financial trouble. This is the story of a woman who wanted to pay it forward.
"I know what it's like to have your whole world upside down due to medical expenses. That is why I do what I do," says Margie Weber.

Brexton's family said they were having trouble getting insurance coverage for a surgery.
Margie thought of her daughter, 16-year-old Lacey. Two years ago, volunteers held a benefit for her after doctors noticed Lacey's brain developing multiple tumors.
"It's been tough, it's been real tough. So if I can help Brexton any way I can that would be my way of I guess showing my appreciation for what the community in Henry County has done for me."
Margie says the money saved her home and kept food on the table.

All this happens while her own daughter is struggling for a better life.
"It's been really rough since I've been in Cleveland 9 times in the last month and a half with my daughter, it's been really rough," says Weber. "I just want them to know that there are people out there who have been through it and no matter what just look on the brighter side and try not to worry about everything else."
Hopefully, this help will make things easier for Brexton. Margie says it's why she's paying it forward.
"I don't know where we'd be right now if it wasn't done for us, I really don't."
The hog roast poker run kicks off Saturday. Registration is from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Napoleon Harley Davidson. Things wrap up at 5 in Stryker.
