Pay It Forward Movement News

The Pay It Forward Foundation announces its selection of Kerry Taylor as its new Executive Director, effective November 25, 2008.  Taylor, a San Luis Obispo, CA resident, has a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Oregon and has been involved with a number of volunteer groups in San Luis Obispo.  Her prior employment was in county government in Del Norte, San Luis Obispo and Contra Costa counties.

In addition to the Executive Director appointment, the Foundation announces a new initiative for the holiday season.  It is asking that people consider ‘charitable gifting’, or a donation to the Foundation as a meaningful alternative to the traditional exchange of gifts.  For more information, please see http://www.payitforwardfoundation.org/donations.html.
